DESIGN CRITERIA PACKET
The Design Criteria (2000) serves as the primary regulation/guideline document for the Madison Historic Preservation Commission and the City of Madison. The packet is a set of guidelines which update, clarify, and supplement the guidelines published within the Madison Historic Preservation Manual and those within the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
PLEASE NOTE: All information, recommendations, or guidelines or parts of information, recommendations, or guidelines in conflict with the information included within Design Criteria are hereby voided and repealed.
